I have an office in Shermans Oaks and also provide telehealth to residents throughout the state of California on the secure platform SimplePractice.
I want you to feel nurtured and supported while we explore together what's going on conceptually for you, build on your strengths, and find actionable items to help you feel better.
I prioritize respectful, neurodiversity-affirming care and have experience working with individuals of various backgrounds including those in the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals from numerous racial and ethnic groups, and those who ascribe to a number of different faiths.
I deeply enjoy the work that I do with individuals and couples. I am a warm, bubbly person who creates an authentic, safe space to be vulnerable with painful feelings and deep thoughts and I also utilize kind-spirited humor when appropriate.

I then received a Master of Science with Distinction in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and feel very lucky to have a career doing what I love.
